Ordered as HQ4025, this is an AS568-025 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.176 in (4.47 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.316 in (33.43 mm). The quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

Expect good resistance to propane and butane, greases and lubricants, and hydraulic fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers strong abrasion and tear resistance, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where polar solvents or automotive brake fluid are present.
