**4122-366Y MINNESOTA RUBBER QUAD RING

The HQ4122 is an AS568-122 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.112 in (2.84 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.318 in (33.48 mm). This quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

It resists water, hydraulic fluids, and greases and lubricants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for low compression set under sustained load, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or automotive brake fluid are present. The profile itself contributes lower compressive load required to achieve a seal and a parting line located away from the sealing surface.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across automotive, general industrial maintenance, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

HQ4122 ships individually. Confirm chemical compatibility, pressure and temperature against your own application requirements before installing. If you need a size, durometer or compound that is not listed, APG can cross-reference from a print, a sample or a competitor part number.
