4220-366Y MINNESOTA RUBBER QUAD RING

This quad-ring is supplied in AS568-220 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile built to an inside diameter of 1.359 in (34.52 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.637 in (41.58 mm), catalogued under part number HQ4220. It delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for strong abrasion and tear resistance, economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. This material stands up to water, greases and lubricants, and many alcohols. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where strong acids or automotive brake fluid are present.
