Part number HQ4351 is an AS568-351 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.725 in (120.02 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.145 in (130.68 mm). A quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. It resists petroleum-based oils, propane and butane, and many alcohols. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones or strong acids.
