HQ4465 is an AS568-465 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 17.955 in (456.06 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 18.505 in (470.03 mm). In service, this quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

Expect good resistance to hydraulic fluids, many alcohols, and petroleum-based oils. Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in polar solvents or strong acids.

Typical settings include automotive, construction equipment, and general industrial maintenance.
