The HQ4469 is an AS568-469 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 19.955 in (506.86 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 20.505 in (520.83 mm). This quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. The compound resists hydraulic fluids, many alcohols, and greases and lubricants. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or polar solvents are present.

Typical settings include hydraulic and pneumatic systems, fluid power, and general industrial maintenance.
