The L25003125 is a Polyurethane (AU/EU) Standard Profile Loaded Lip Seal built to a 3-1/8 inch inside diameter, a 3-5/8 inch outside diameter, and a height of 1/4 inch. This loaded lip seal uses a flexible sealing lip energized by system pressure to hold a tight seal on a moving rod or piston. The catalog record notes: Loaded Lip Seal (standard) Urethane.

Expect good resistance to impact and shock loading, extrusion under high pressure, and petroleum oils. Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. It is not the right choice where prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or hot water and steam are present.
