Product Specification

-
Part number H70MD911 is an AS568-911 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.863 in (21.92 mm), a cross section of 0.116 in (2.95 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.095 in (27.81 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. The compound resists hydraulic fluids, propane and butane, and water. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where ozone and direct sunlight or polar solvents are present.

This o-ring is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across fluid power, automotive, and general industrial maintenance.

Reference part number H70MD911 when ordering; the item is sold individually. Application requirements vary, so validate compatibility with your process conditions prior to installation. APG can cross-reference from an existing part number, a drawing or a physical sample if this size is not an exact match.
