-424 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

V75MD424 is an AS568-424 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.35 in (110.49 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.9 in (124.46 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, engine and transmission fluids, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

This item meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include chemical processing, high-temperature process equipment, and semiconductor equipment.
