The S70MD280 is an AS568-280 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 13.984 in (355.19 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 14.262 in (362.25 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.
Silicone is widely chosen for physiological inertness and low toxicity, an exceptionally wide service temperature range.
