568-130 BUNA 70 SQUARE CUT RINGS

The SH70130 is an AS568-130 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Square-Cut Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.612 in (40.94 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.818 in (46.18 mm). This square-cut ring resists the spiral failure that affects round rings on long reciprocating strokes.

The material holds up against water, propane and butane, and greases and lubricants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) offers low compression set under sustained load, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to polar solvents or ozone and direct sunlight will shorten service life.
