Ordered as H3X140, this is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 140 mm (5.512 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 146 mm (5.75 in). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Expect good resistance to propane and butane, many alcohols, and greases and lubricants. Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for low compression set under sustained load, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where ozone and direct sunlight or ketones are present.
