H6X140 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 140 mm (5.512 in), a cross section of 6 mm (0.236 in), and an outside diameter of 152 mm (5.98 in). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) offers strong abrasion and tear resistance, an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. The compound resists petroleum-based oils, greases and lubricants, and many alcohols. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where strong acids or ozone and direct sunlight are present.
