The H8X140 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 140 mm (5.512 in), a cross section of 8 mm (0.315 in), and an outside diameter of 156 mm (6.14 in). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, strong abrasion and tear resistance. The material holds up against hydraulic fluids, water, and propane and butane. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
