This o-ring is supplied in AS568-141 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 2.3 in (58.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.506 in (63.65 mm), catalogued under part number H70141. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against hydraulic fluids, propane and butane, and greases and lubricants. Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for low compression set under sustained load and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in automotive brake fluid or strong acids.
