Part number H5X148 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 148 mm (5.827 in), a cross section of 5 mm (0.197 in), and an outside diameter of 158 mm (6.22 in). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and low compression set under sustained load. Expect good resistance to petroleum-based oils, propane and butane, and hydraulic fluids. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
