Part number H4X158 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 158 mm (6.22 in), a cross section of 4 mm (0.157 in), and an outside diameter of 166 mm (6.54 in). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) offers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. It resists petroleum-based oils, many alcohols, and propane and butane. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in strong acids or ketones.
