The H6X170 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 170 mm (6.693 in), a cross section of 6 mm (0.236 in), and an outside diameter of 182 mm (7.17 in). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to petroleum-based oils, water, and greases and lubricants. Buna-N (Nitrile) offers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service.
