SH70222 is an AS568-222 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Square-Cut Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.484 in (37.69 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.762 in (44.75 mm). In service, this square-cut ring provides an economical lathe-cut alternative where a moulded o-ring is not required.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs, strong abrasion and tear resistance.
