Part number H3X247 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 247 mm (9.724 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 253 mm (9.96 in). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to water, petroleum-based oils, and greases and lubricants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for low compression set under sustained load and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in strong acids or polar solvents.
