Part number H4X250 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 250 mm (9.843 in), a cross section of 4 mm (0.157 in), and an outside diameter of 258 mm (10.16 in). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for low compression set under sustained load and an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. The compound resists water, propane and butane, and many alcohols. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where polar solvents or ketones are present.
