The H5X275 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 275 mm (10.827 in), a cross section of 5 mm (0.197 in), and an outside diameter of 285 mm (11.22 in). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) offers strong abrasion and tear resistance, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. This material stands up to propane and butane, greases and lubricants, and water. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to strong acids or ketones will shorten service life.
