H1X28 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 28 mm (1.102 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 30 mm (1.18 in). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. The material holds up against propane and butane, hydraulic fluids, and petroleum-based oils. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in strong acids or automotive brake fluid.
