The H7X30 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 30 mm (1.181 in), a cross section of 7 mm (0.276 in), and an outside diameter of 44 mm (1.73 in). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for strong abrasion and tear resistance, an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. Expect good resistance to hydraulic fluids, greases and lubricants, and many alcohols. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in polar solvents or strong acids.
