Ordered as H2X32, this is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 32 mm (1.26 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 36 mm (1.42 in). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. It resists propane and butane, petroleum-based oils, and hydraulic fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in ketones or automotive brake fluid.
