The SH70322 is an AS568-322 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Square-Cut Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.225 in (31.12 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.645 in (41.78 mm). This square-cut ring provides an economical lathe-cut alternative where a moulded o-ring is not required.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. This material stands up to greases and lubricants, hydraulic fluids, and water. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service.
