SH70328 is an AS568-328 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.85 in (46.99 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.27 in (57.66 mm). In service, this quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

This material stands up to propane and butane, petroleum-based oils, and water. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
