Ordered as SH70345, this is an AS568-345 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Square-Cut Ring with an inside diameter of 3.975 in (100.97 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.395 in (111.63 mm). The square-cut ring resists the spiral failure that affects round rings on long reciprocating strokes.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) offers an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. The material holds up against hydraulic fluids, propane and butane, and water. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
