H5X395 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 395 mm (15.551 in), a cross section of 5 mm (0.197 in), and an outside diameter of 405 mm (15.94 in). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for low compression set under sustained load and economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. This material stands up to propane and butane, water, and petroleum-based oils. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to ketones or strong acids will shorten service life.
