6MM CS X 42MM ID BLACK BUNA 70D

APG stocks the H6X42, a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 42 mm (1.654 in), a cross section of 6 mm (0.236 in), and an outside diameter of 54 mm (2.13 in). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for low compression set under sustained load, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. This material stands up to many alcohols, petroleum-based oils, and greases and lubricants. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to polar solvents or automotive brake fluid will shorten service life.
