Part number SH70463 is an AS568-463 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Square-Cut Ring built to an inside diameter of 16.955 in (430.66 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 17.505 in (444.63 mm). A square-cut ring provides an economical lathe-cut alternative where a moulded o-ring is not required.

It resists water, many alcohols, and greases and lubricants.
