Part number H1X55 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 55 mm (2.165 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 57 mm (2.24 in). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs and low compression set under sustained load.
