Ordered as H1X70, this is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 70 mm (2.756 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 72 mm (2.83 in). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) offers strong abrasion and tear resistance, low compression set under sustained load. It resists hydraulic fluids, petroleum-based oils, and greases and lubricants. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in ozone and direct sunlight or automotive brake fluid.
