The H6X70 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 70 mm (2.756 in), a cross section of 6 mm (0.236 in), and an outside diameter of 82 mm (3.23 in). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for strong abrasion and tear resistance, low compression set under sustained load. The material holds up against water, hydraulic fluids, and petroleum-based oils. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to ozone and direct sunlight or polar solvents will shorten service life.
