APG stocks the H1.2X9, a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 9 mm (0.354 in), a cross section of 1.2 mm (0.047 in), and an outside diameter of 11.4 mm (0.45 in). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. This material stands up to greases and lubricants, propane and butane, and many alcohols. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to ozone and direct sunlight or ketones will shorten service life.
