Part number NU6226-28 is a Buna-N (Nitrile) U-Cup U-Cup Seal supplied with a 1-5/8 inch inside diameter, a 2-1/4 inch outside diameter, and a height of 5/16 inch. An u-cup seal uses a U-shaped profile that system pressure forces outward, tightening the seal as pressure rises.
