8400 SERIES BUNA CUP 1-3/16X 1-1/2X 5/32

APG stocks the NU8405-0118, a Buna-N (Nitrile) U-Cup U-Cup Seal built to a 1-3/16 inch inside diameter, a 1-1/2 inch outside diameter, and a height of 5/32 inch. An u-cup seal provides low breakaway friction with strong sealing under load.

The compound resists water, propane and butane, and greases and lubricants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Exposure to polar solvents or ozone and direct sunlight will shorten service life.
