Q-361 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

APG stocks the QV70361, an AS568-361 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.975 in (151.77 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.395 in (162.43 mm). A quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

This material stands up to chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is specified for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. The profile itself contributes a parting line located away from the sealing surface and two sealing bands per contact face rather than one.

It sees regular use in oil and gas, semiconductor equipment, and chemical processing.
