Part number QH70466 is an AS568-466 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 18.455 in (468.76 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 19.005 in (482.73 mm). A quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

Buna-N (Nitrile) offers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. It resists petroleum-based oils, propane and butane, and water. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in strong acids or ozone and direct sunlight. The profile itself contributes two sealing bands per contact face rather than one and resistance to the spiral twisting that defeats round-section rings.
