Q-014 BUNA 70 Q RING

The QH70014 is an AS568-014 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.489 in (12.42 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.629 in (15.98 mm). This quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

It resists water, petroleum-based oils, and propane and butane. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, low compression set under sustained load. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where strong acids or ozone and direct sunlight are present. The profile itself contributes lower compressive load required to achieve a seal and a parting line located away from the sealing surface.
