The QH70124 is an AS568-124 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.237 in (31.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.443 in (36.65 mm). This quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for low compression set under sustained load and economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. The compound resists greases and lubricants, petroleum-based oils, and propane and butane. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
