Q-125 BUNA 70 Q RING

APG stocks the QH70125, an AS568-125 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.299 in (32.99 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.505 in (38.23 mm). A quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

This material stands up to propane and butane, hydraulic fluids, and water. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, strong abrasion and tear resistance. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where ozone and direct sunlight or automotive brake fluid are present. The profile itself contributes lower compressive load required to achieve a seal and a parting line located away from the sealing surface.

Typical settings include construction equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and agricultural equipment.

QH70125 ships individually. Unit weight is approximately 0.785 g. Review your operating media and conditions against this specification before installation. If you need a size, durometer or compound that is not listed, APG can cross-reference from a print, a sample or a competitor part number.
