Q-156 BUNA 70 Q RING

QH70156 is an AS568-156 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.237 in (107.62 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.443 in (112.85 mm). In service, this quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. The material holds up against propane and butane, hydraulic fluids, and greases and lubricants. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where polar solvents or ozone and direct sunlight are present.

It sees regular use in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, automotive, and fluid power.
