Q-206 BUNA 70 Q RING

The QH70206 is an AS568-206 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.484 in (12.29 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.762 in (19.35 mm). This quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. The material holds up against greases and lubricants, water, and petroleum-based oils. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to strong acids or ozone and direct sunlight will shorten service life. The profile itself contributes resistance to the spiral twisting that defeats round-section rings and lower compressive load required to achieve a seal.
