Q-234 BUNA 70 Q RING

QH70234 is an AS568-234 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.984 in (75.79 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.262 in (82.85 mm). In service, this quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. It resists propane and butane, many alcohols, and hydraulic fluids. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in polar solvents or ozone and direct sunlight.
