APG stocks the QH70363, an AS568-363 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 6.475 in (164.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.895 in (175.13 mm). A quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

It resists propane and butane, petroleum-based oils, and many alcohols. Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving ketones or polar solvents call for a different compound.
