Q-377 BUNA 70 Q RING

QH70377 is an AS568-377 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 9.975 in (253.37 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.395 in (264.03 mm). In service, this quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for low compression set under sustained load and an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. It resists propane and butane, greases and lubricants, and many alcohols. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in polar solvents or ketones. The profile itself contributes a parting line located away from the sealing surface and resistance to the spiral twisting that defeats round-section rings.
