Q-438 BUNA 70 Q RING

QH70438 is an AS568-438 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 6.225 in (158.12 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.775 in (172.09 mm). In service, this quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, low compression set under sustained load. This material stands up to many alcohols, petroleum-based oils, and propane and butane. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C).
