Q-007 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

The QV70007 is an AS568-007 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.145 in (3.68 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.285 in (7.24 mm). This quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

This material stands up to aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and engine and transmission fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is specified for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
