Q-029 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

The QV70029 is an AS568-029 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.489 in (37.82 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.629 in (41.38 mm). This quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

Expect good resistance to many acids, chlorinated solvents, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) is specified for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or hot water and steam are present.
